INTRODUCTION

On Japanese dining tables, you can find dishes from many cultures, such as, Western, Chinese, Thai, and Indian, not to mention, Japanese. Any food can be obtained regardless of the season or the country of origin.

However, we have realized that old-fashioned Japanese meals are surprisingly healthy and were created to make the changing seasons by using the foods that are ripe and abundant at various times of the year. I would like to introduce a variety of dishes, from the traditional recipes to the Westernized one, which will help you provide an everchanging table.

I always try to serve customers with the most delicious dishes I can make. The principles of home cooking stay the same from generation to generation and can be summed up with my motto;
“A little attention to detail results in a great taste.”

Two of the amazingly good tasting and visually beautiful modern Japanese dishes you can easily make right in your kitchen from products you can buy at your supermarket or at a Chinese grocery.
